		Due to our recent expansion I.L.P.E now offers onsite lodging options. Live in a bungalow right on the school grounds; be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves and awake to a close up view of the Pacific Ocean and the waves at the Mexican Pipeline. The onsite bungalows are set in a private corner of the institute and include a full kitchen and bath, an ample closet, a full sized bed, a kitchen table and chairs and an outside patio with a hammock where you can relax and enjoy the shade and the spectacular views of the ocean, the waves and the sunset.

		We have 3 recently built, fully furnished studio apartments with full kitchens and baths available to rent. They have great views of the ocean and the point (one of Puerto’s most beautiful swimming beaches and best surf breaks) and are a 5 minute walk from the beach and less than 2k (a mile and a half) from the school and the center of tourist activity. There is public transportation from dawn to dusk that will pick you up 2 blocks from the apartments and leave you at the doorstep of the school or almost any other part of town within 5-10 minutes for under 40 cents of a U.S. dollar. To get there after dark a taxi will bring you for about $3 USD. The family that lives next door to the apartments is very friendly and helpful and have kids of all ages so there are plenty of opportunities to practice your developing Spanish skills. The apartments cost $25 a night $150 a week and $500 a month. Each apartment has a fridge, a two burner stove, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and silverware, a full sized bed with sheets, a blanket, a ceiling fan, a pedestal fan, an alarm clock, basic furniture and all the windows and doors have screens on them. There is a roofed patio area in the back as well as a fairly large back yard filled with flowering plants. Out front there is a small porch with a view of the point the ocean and the sunsets. The apartments are located in a safe, early to bed early to rise, Mexican working class neighborhood with a hand full of mostly reclusive international expats who have chosen to establish residence a few kilometers away from the center of tourist activity and live the authentic Mexican beach community lifestyle. To reserve the apartment during the peak season (June, July, August, December, January or February) we will need a $100 non refundable deposit per week. If you pay in advance we can offer you a 10% discount on your stay. In the off season we will only need a $50 non refundable deposit and we can offer you a 20% discount if you pay in advance for your stay.
